Can I send contracts for e-signature in Votel?

Yes. Document signing is built in and works like DocuSign or any other document signing service, so it can replace a separate e-signature subscription. Contracts are under Forms, in the Contracts tab.

  1. Go to Forms and open the Contracts tab.
  2. Create a new contract (agreement).
  3. Add your signers or recipients, for example one for you and one for your client. You can add multiple parties.
  4. Upload a PDF or Word document, or type or paste your contract text into the text editor.
  5. Select a signer and drag and drop their fields onto the document, such as signature, initials and other fields. Each signer's fields have their own color.
  6. Give it a title and click Send for signature.

The recipients sign electronically and the signed contract comes back to you.

We do not provide premade contracts. What goes in the agreement is up to you: find a good template, speak with a lawyer (especially for wording that covers liability), or ask an AI tool to help work out what the agreement needs.

The AI assistant can write the text of an agreement for you, but it does not have a tool to create the contract with its signature fields in the document signing tool. Ask the AI for the text, then create the contract in Forms, Contracts and place the fields yourself.
