How do I preview my website and let a client review it before it goes live?

A site is not live on your domain until you publish it and add your custom domain, so you can build and experiment freely without touching an existing website.

As soon as you or the AI build a site, it is published on a temporary address on our CDN domain (it looks like name.b-cdn.net). To open it, go to Websites, open the website and click Open live site, the small arrow next to the title at the top of the website builder. You can give that link out as a preview: tell the client it is the preview address and that you will set it up on their domain if they like it. Sending a prospect a quick mockup this way is a very effective way to impress them.

For a nicer link, or to let people work on the site, use the Share button. You can give access as a reviewer who cannot make changes, as a designer, or as a content editor who can only edit the text, and people you share with can view and comment.

Agencies can also add the Cloudflare connector (Cloudflare MCP) in the AI assistant and tell it to put each new site on a subdomain of their own domain, such as client1.yourdomain.com.

When the site is approved, add the domain in the website's Domains tab and follow the DNS instructions.
